Introducing My Unique Wellbeing Packages: Nourish, Restore, and Thrive
Are you ready to reconnect with your body, feel more energised, and restore a sense of balance in your life?
As a nutritional therapist, wellbeing coach, and yoga teacher, I’ve created a series of special packages that bring together my unique skill set to offer you a truly holistic approach to wellness. These packages are designed to nourish both body and mind, using a blend of evidence-based nutrition, mindful coaching, and restorative movement.
Whether you’re feeling a bit “off”, struggling with specific health concerns, or simply want to prioritise your self-care, there’s something here for you.
Nourish Yourself
Perfect if you're just looking to check in with your nutrition and clear up any confusion. This one-hour session is a chance to sit down with me—your personal nutritional therapist—and receive tailored, factual advice that cuts through the noise.
We’ll look at your diet, supplementation (if appropriate), and lifestyle habits to help you feel more energised, less overwhelmed, and back on track with your health goals.
Find Your Inner Glow
This comprehensive nutritional therapy package goes deeper. If you're dealing with things like bloating, hormone imbalances, skin flare-ups, allergies, fatigue, poor sleep, or simply feeling "off", this one’s for you.
We’ll take a deep dive into your health and nutrition, and I’ll create a personalised plan to help you thrive. You’ll also receive two follow-up appointments (spaced 4–6 weeks apart) to review and adjust your plan, keeping you supported every step of the way.
Clear Your Mind
If your head feels full, your energy feels low, and you're not sure which direction to take next, this package offers clarity.
You’ll receive a full Initial Nutritional Therapy session plus a one-to-one **Wellbeing Coaching** session—ideal for helping you process what’s going on, get focused, and take meaningful steps forward.
You’ll also receive two follow-up appointments (your choice of nutrition or coaching) at a reduced rate, tailored entirely to your evolving needs.
Prioritise Your Self-Care
This is the go-to package if you’re ready to put yourself first. With the combination of Nutritional Therapy and Wellbeing Coaching, we’ll explore where your wellbeing needs more attention—physically, emotionally, or both—and build a supportive plan around that.
Your two follow-up sessions can be used however you need—nutrition, coaching, or a blend of both. This is self-care with real, personalised substance.
Restore Your Zen
Stress, overwhelm, and fatigue take a toll on the body—and that’s where this package comes in. Alongside your full Nutritional Therapy appointment, you’ll experience a private Restorative Yoga session: gentle, calming, and deeply rejuvenating.
It’s the ultimate relaxation package, designed to support your nervous system and bring your whole self back into balance. Includes two reduced-price follow-up sessions tailored to your needs.
Each of these packages has been created from my heart, based on my years of experience and my passion for holistic healing. They’re designed to be flexible, supportive, and uniquely you. Ready to begin your journey back to balance? Book your package here

What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is a holistic approach to health and wellbeing that focuses on using food and nutrition to support the body's natural healing processes.
I provide personalised nutrition plans tailored to individual needs.
Whether you're looking to improve digestion, boost energy levels, manage weight, improve your nutrition intake, or address specific health concerns. Nutritional Therapy can offer valuable insights and support on your journey to optimal health.
My Nutritional Therapy diploma is held with the School of Health, and I am a registered Nutritional Therapist with the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners.
What is the difference between a; dietitian, nutritionist and nutritional therapist.
Dietitian's - Dietitian's provide practical guidance to sick individuals to help them make appropriate, healthy choices for a specific medical conditions. They often work as part of a clinical team, including for example doctors, nurses, physiotherapists etc. They take a direct approach to the illness being presented to them, not the body as a whole.
Nutritionists - Registered nutritionists are qualified to provide information and nutrition advice about food and eating habits. They may take a similar approach to a Nutritional Therapist. Nutritionists normally operate out of private practices. Dieticians will normally operate out of the NHS.
In general, nutritionists provide evidence-based information and guidance about the impacts of food and nutrition on the health and wellbeing of humans
Nutritional Therapists - Nutritional therapists practice complementary medicine, taking a holistic approach to the symptoms that are presenting in the body, They provide recommendations for diet and lifestyle to reduce or prevent health issues and illnesses. They work on the belief that the body has underlying nutritional and biochemical imbalances that lead to poor health, including mental health problems.
