I’m delighted to offer a range of private yoga sessions in the Exeter area, thoughtfully tailored to suit your individual needs, goals, and experience level. Whether you’re completely new to yoga, looking to deepen your practice, recovering from stress or burnout, or simply seeking time for yourself, private classes provide a nurturing and personalised approach.
I also offer private yoga for two people, allowing you to share the experience with a partner, friend, or family member. Practising together can deepen connection while supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing in a calm and supportive environment.

Hatha Yoga – Initial Private Lesson

A personalised yoga session carefully designed around your individual needs, goals, and experience level. This initial lesson allows us to explore movement, breathwork, posture, and any areas you would like to focus on, creating a practice that feels supportive and accessible for you.
Hatha Yoga – Follow-Up Private Lesson
Available as 1:1
Continue to build confidence and develop your practice with ongoing personalised support. These follow-up sessions allow us to revisit and refine the foundations established in your initial class, helping your practice grow naturally over time.
This option is available once you have completed an initial private lesson with me.
Hatha Yoga – Four Lesson Package
Available as 1:1
A bespoke yoga programme designed specifically for your needs, including four one-hour private sessions at a reduced package rate. These sessions provide the opportunity to build consistency, confidence, strength, flexibility, and body awareness within a supportive environment.
Relaxation & Recovery – Private Yoga Session
Available as 1:1 or 1:2
Step into a calming sanctuary designed to support deep relaxation, stress relief, improved sleep, and recovery from burnout or overwhelm.
These sessions combine the gentle practices of Yin and Restorative Yoga, encouraging the body and mind to fully unwind. Using supportive props such as bolsters and blankets, poses are held for longer periods to promote deep release, nervous system regulation, and inner calm.
Introduction to Yoga – Private Lesson
Available as 1:1 or 1:2
Perfect for beginners or anyone returning to yoga after time away, these sessions offer a gentle and supportive introduction to the foundations of yoga.
Together, we’ll explore basic postures, breathing techniques, and the use of props in a relaxed environment where you can ask questions and move at your own pace — without the pressure of a large group class.

Build Your Yoga Practice – Four Lesson Package
Available as 1:1 or 1:2
Deepen your understanding of yoga and build upon foundational postures and movement patterns. Across four one-hour sessions, we’ll explore areas such as hip openers, side stretches, twists, backbends, and mindful transitions, helping you develop confidence and fluidity in your practice.

I run yoga classes in Exeter- Exminster & Topsham, Devon
My Exeter based yoga classes are suitable for most levels of yogis. There are flowing sequences, often using sun salutations and vinyasa to warm the body and move through the yoga postures.
The yoga classes include an element of all styles of yoga, to bring a fresh angle to yoga and will encourage the use of yoga props in a fun and informal environment to help you explore your practice. My styles include Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga.
Variations to yoga postures will be given throughout the class allowing each person to adapt the class to their personal level of yoga practice. All equipment is provided.
Classes are available at Kiva & Zen Studios in Topsham, Exeter, Victory Hall in Exminster, Exeter.
